Harley herself was having a similar mood.

With her beloved so busy, and her girlfriend sent home it seemed the chaotic clown girl had to entertain herself. There were only so many different themes of seduction she could try to draw The Joker away from his schemes. Despite having Batman MIA in his own way the Joker was carrying on.

And so much she which is why she was hanging from a lampost upside down blowing a big pink bubble gum bubble while phread the Psychemon was busy beating up a soda machine for cash and drinks.

A clown. There was a clown hanging from a lamppost. Considering all the other strange things that had happened to him here, Quick wasn't surprised. He was, however, surprised it had taken this long to run into a one.

And considering the electric personality of the one he knew back home, he was tempted to walk on by with nothing more then that first glace, but this was the first interesting thing he'd seen on his walk. And he was too bored to pass it up.

He leaned against the post, hands in his pockets, and glanced upward. "'Sup, Bubbles?"

"The price of plastic explosives." Harley deadpanned without missing a beat. She began to swing back and forth cracking her bubble gum bubble loudly as Phread smacked the machine hard enough it began spitting out sodas and quarters with a violent amount of force and speed. Harley casually caught one and opened it drinking upside down with surprising skill.

"Shame." Though not really. He had Crash if there was a need for a big bada boom.

Quick glanced at the mess, watching as a soda rolled past him and into the street. "There's an easier, faster way to do that." That is, if the digimon wasn't also enjoying making scrap out of the machine.

Phread took a few steps back and gestured, "Please, be my guest." His tone was dry and exaggerated.

Harley could have done it herself but she always found it fascinating to see what new people in this world could do.

He rolled his eyes. "You've already trashed that one," but motioned for them to follow him down the street if they were really that interested. He'd find another one. Not like he had anything else to do.

Harley swung down and landed lightly on Quick's shoulders gripping his head tight.

"Onward and upward! To great victory!" She cheered and popped another bubble.

Psychemon chuckled and trailed behind.

Quick didn't stumble. He didn't flail. But he did have one priceless look on his face at Harley's sudden presence on his shoulders.

"Yeeeea- no. I'm not your mode of transportation. Down girl."

Harley gave him a flat look.

"What kinda gentlemen are you! Move it or lose it chump!"

"Yeah you started this." Phread complained growing bored with the lack of explosions and destruction.

"Not a very good one. Now off, before I make you regret this ride."

He shot Phread a look that said to shut it. It wasn't like he asked to be pounced by the girl. Yhis was what he got for conversing with a clown.

Harley rolled her eyes and planted her hands firmly on his head lifting herself into a handstand and doing the splits upside down showing off before descending lightly to the ground.

"You're not human that's fer sure!" She commented cheerfully.

"Yeah no man could resist obeying tween those thighs."

Quick started off again, grumbling slightly under his voice before getting his sullen mood under control.

"You might have the figure, Bubbles, but the clown getup is a big turn off. Besides, I'm taken."

"Well MY man likes it~" Harley responded with a cartwheel following Quickman more for the purpose of annoying him then actually being interested in how he liked to destroy soda machines.

"There's really no accounting for taste." Phread added with and chuckle.

"Then why aren't you off riding around on his shoulders?" Was this some kind of karmic lesson on patience? Wasn't it enough that he was trying to slow down at all?

Always hitting me when I'm down.

Quick came up to another soda machine and started hitting buttons in an almost random way. "You want some cash and a few drinks; you do it like this." He slammed his fist down on one last button and coins spilt from it. While still holding the button down, he kicked the machine. A clang echoed from the bottom and Quick retrieved a can.

"It lacks simplicity." Phread commented while Harley got entirely too close to Quick and began poking spots on him randomly as well in a manner that would normally tickle, or hurt.

"Does that work for other things I wonder? I'm good at pushing peoples buttons." She commented popping another bubble.

Quick made an exasperated noise and took a step away from the poking. "You can say that again."

"It works for every snack and drink machine I've found. You just gotta know which order to press the buttons. All of them on this street and the next, same as this one. But the ones further down, you'll have to figure out on your own." Then he started off again, in hopes the money on the ground would deter the two from following him any further.
