It wasn't that late, but the sun was setting and the glow from Neon city's lights were flickering on for the darker hours. The crowds changed along with the time and Quick walked the streets amongst them with a bored look on his face.
He'd hit a wall, so to speak, with his tests and didn't know where to go from there. Normally he'd go for a run to help him think, but he was going to take it slow for once, like he'd been suggested. Sadly this didn't make things very interesting, and he'd swear he'd been on the same street forever, but he hadn't given in yet.
