Who: Gaku and Luka
What: Not the easiest thing to confess
When: Aug 28th, evening
Where: Hyperion
Things had calmed down considerably at the Hyperion since the strange incident with Rin. Granted she was being rather... flighty and no one else really wanted to talk about it, but that was just fine by Gaku. Better to forget that he got electrocuted and a few 'loids lost limbs that had to be repaired. He could at least be glad that Luka was no where near the incident when it all went down.
Unfortunately it also got him thinking. Specifically thinking about Luka, and things revolving around her. Like whether or not he could protect her if something like that happened again. Or if she would even care if he got hurt again. Or what he would do if she got hurt. Or even worse - shut down for good. It was a dangerous world they were living in - more so with the worry that the twins might turn violent in another personality switch - and anything could happen at that point.
The more Gaku dwelt on these thoughts, the more upset he got. And the more he realized that he had feelings he couldn't keep ignoring.
For the first time in probably ever, the oblivious, silly dancing samurai was actually moping.
And it was beginning to show.
