Apologizing was something that Hoshi was something she had to do since Sephiria told her that the nickname Train gave her - Princess - was the nickname of his pseudo younger sister, Eve.
So, she put the pieces together and thought that Train was calling her his pseudo sister, which made Hoshi feel pretty awful for flipping out on him and not to mention chasing him down.
She had taken some time to walk around Tetha so that she could find Train.
