Shademan hadn't really done much since he'd been captured. He needed to get back in the game, as it were. Make sure he still had what it takes.
And that meant accosting some poor innocent bystander.
He sat atop a street lamp, masked by the shadows, with Dracmon waiting down below... all they needed was for someone to pass by.
And once this was done.. he could prove his power to the Syndicate.
