"For now," Bass replied. "This may not be our Wily, but he's a Wily... and more'n likely he's pissed enough people here for us to stroll on in."
As Swimmon lead them along, he crossed his arms. "That just means the hard part'll come later. I don't like admitting it, but Wily's never been a pushover."
Zero's expression hardened as he walked behind the others, thus leaving Ryuudamon taking up the rear. "No, I understand that. Last thing I'm going to do is underestimate him..."
He clenched a fist. "Our Wily or not, he did make us."
"... Then we should be fine," Bass replied, not really sounding very convinced.
They continued walking some more, and as they did... the hallways seemed less rustic-looking, and more... modern. For example, electrical lights had been installed.
Oh, and there were Mettaurs scuttling about the ground.
Wily's voice rang out, from within the darkened room.
"I have to say, you boys surprised me. Bass and Zero, is it? Metal Man was very forthcoming... and if my assumptions are correct, he would have been so for the both of us."
The unseen mad-man chuckled.
"Come in, come in. I imagine we have a lot to discuss..."
Zero finished picking himself up and drew his Z-Saber. "Basically? Yeah, that's about it."
He pointed the saber out at the human. "Awhile back, it might've been different. But I don't give a crap about you, Wily. I've already beaten that ghost."

"What may I ask brings the both of you here?" said Sky-Byte, pointing his Anchor Arm at the pair.

"... We got business with Dr. Wily," he said, in a manner that... would probably not do much to convince someone their intentions were good.

"Oh, is that all?" he said with a snicker. "You can find him in the west wing of the castle. Swimmon can guide you there."
The floating fish digimon popped up. "Hello!" he said, happily.

Ryuudamon... was directly behind Zero. Trying not to look at BlackGabumon. "This is... seeming rather easy, Sir Zero..."

"Wily's been busy," remarked Bass, dryly.

"He should be in here," said the fish-like digimon. "Good luck, Mr. and Mrs. Robot!"
And with that, he flew off... leaving a very irate looking Bass.

"Sir Zero...?" Ryuudamon asked.
The reploid shook his head. "Just... lets not even go there," he muttered, and then moved to kick in the doors in front of them.

"Looks like we'll have to blast our way in, Zer-"
And that was when the doors suddenly opened.

This led to the ungraceful sight of him losing balance, falling forward through the doorway, and landing face first on the ground.
"S- Sir Zero!" Ryuudamon squeaked.
Zero muttered a few curses, pulling himself up slowly. "You're asking for it, Old Man..."
Reply
"Zero's right," said Bass, aiming... well, randomly into the darkness. "Why don't you cut the crap and hand Rock over to us, nice n'easy?"
Reply
"Wait... you mean you're not here about your individual frustrations with my other self? And not to join me? You're here about Rock?!"

He began to stalk forward. "Mega Man. Now."
