"What's the matter, Metal Man? Don't like having an Achilles Heel?"
A dark-amored figure lept down, and... tackled the red robot master to the ground. Metal Man let out another high-pitched - and woman-like scream - as this occurred, and found himself easily pinned to the dock.
Moments later, Bass got up, and forced Metal Man into a standing position... only for Metal Man to finally start putting up a bit of a struggle.
Sure enough, Zero flipped down, landing on the other side of Metal Man... with his Z-Saber held out to the Robot Master's neck. "I know this is kind of a crappy way to say hello to 'family' for the first time, but... hi."
Metal Man froze, and gaped at Zero. Oh, this was bad. Bass was a loser, but... he knew who was more powerful between them, and Zero just tipped the scale ridiculously in their favor.
And of course, Tsukaimon just hovered there with a shit-eating grin on his face.
"What... what do the two of you want?!" he asked, finally. "Seriously, what did I ever do to the two of you?!"
"Dunno about Bass, Metal Man," Zero said, moving his Z-Saber just a TAD closer to the robot's neck. "But... so far as I'm concerned, you're just convenient. Nothing personal."
Zero began to idly wave his Z-Saber around Metal Man's head with one hand, while transforming his other hand into a buster and pointing it at his back.
"I dunno. But is it half as bad as what we'll do if you don't tell us?"
Zero shifted his buster back into a hand and caught the D-Comm. He smirked and lowered his sword. "Great," he said, sheathing his Z-Saber and... walking off.
"Thanks, Tsukaimon, Metal Man!" he said, waving back to them.
Metal man's eyes widened. "HEY WAIT A MINUTE!" he exclaimed. "I still need tha-"
He didn't get a chance, as Bass suddenly heaved the red robot master over the side of the pier. The robot made a warbling sound as he sank to the bottom.
Bass sneered at where Metal Man had disappeared below the surface for a moment, and then went to fall in step beside Zero. BlackGabumon emerged from the shadows, looking... calmer than usual.
Or more worried.
"That was incredibly lame," he grunted. "But you ready to go?"

"What... what do you want, then? ... Is it my power? I can just give you my weapon data if that's-"

"You're damned if you do, damned if you don't, Metal," chided Tsukaimon.
Metal Man muttered a curse, and clenched his eyes shut.
"He's in freaking Mordred Castle," he said. "They both are. If you check my D-Comm, you can get the data."
"You mean this?" said Tsukaimon, pulling out Metal's digivice from behind his back. "Catch, red boy!" And with that, he threw it to Zero.
Metal just let out an aggravated whine.

Ryuudamon also came out... a good distance AWAY from BlackGabumon, and looked nervous even still.
"S- so, Sir Zero..." the little dragon began.
"Yeah," Zero said, nodding, and turning to Bass. "Lets go."

Once that was done, he pocketed the thing again. "Okay, ready."
And with that, they were off.
