"ABDUCTION RAY!"

Sky-Byte let out a scream as a blast hit him in his lower leg, causing him to stumble forward. It wasn't inoperable, but it hurt like the pit.

"Not so fast," said a purple Vadermon, hovering over the battle. Behind him, a number of Kamemon Troopas and Mushmon Goombas had lined up, rank and file.

"Thank you for the assistance, Tatanga," said Albert Wily, stepping forward with a grin.

"The nerve of all of you," he said, announcing the combatants. "Attacking a potential visitor to our humble castle. Clap them in irons... we'll take these n'er-do-wells before Lord Bowser!"

Tylomon slammed into Guardromon, and the bronze robot slammed into the ground just as Wily and his "friends" arrived.

Guardromon's eyes widened, and he flailed. Again. "ARE YOU CRAZY?! HE WAS KILLING ROUGE!!!"

Omega? Paid Wily no mind, and continued to give chase.

"Oh right, you just invite someone to your home by going 'I have your big stompy body, come get it!', riiiight." BlackGreymon muttered, having halted himself but still standing at the ready in case anyone tried anything.

And it seems both Omegas are paying Wily no mind, as the reploid thinks he found the right room and just blasts the door down.

What awaited Omega... was a large, empty room. A vacant supply room.

"It's their own fault, I am certain!" cackled Wily. "Now... Tatanga, please stop E-123 from making a grave mistake...!"

Tatanga nodded, and aimed his ray gun at E-123, firing.

Sensors blaring a warning of imminent danger, E-123 cut his thrusters and jumped away, narrowing avoiding the ray blast. He looked sharply towards Wily, and raised a clenched fist in his direction. "YOU WOULD BE ADVISED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WHEN THIS IS OVER, MEATBAG."

Then, ignoring them again, he spun back around, and armed his guns, aiming at Omega...

Omega seemed more pissed at the empty room then by anything else going on around him, as he turned to face the others now.

"Where is it?" he growled, completely ignoring E-123 pointing weapons at him and holding his own buster up. "And... and... MAKE THE MACHINE STOP!"

"Oh, E-123," said Wily, "I'm afraid that would be better advice to give yourself."

He grinned at Omega, and looked back at Tatanga. The alien nodded, and prepared to open fire at E-123 again...

"TSUNAMI BLASTER!"

A ray flew forth and hit the Vadermon, blasting him out of his UFO. The attack had been launched by Sky-Byte... who no longer held onto Rouge.

"You brought him up, said he was better than me," growled the Predacon. "And yet, you're turning on him too?! What type of guardsman would I be if I didn't uphold the proverbial honor among thieves?! TYLOMON!"

The shark digimon nodded, and lept up from the ground. Light flashed across his body, and he evolved into a large whale with gnarled teeth, with bore down on Tatanga and the grunts.

"JET ARROW!"

With a spout of highly pressurized water, Tatanga and the Kamemon and Mushmon were sent being washed away. Wily, meanwhile, frantically dove out of the way, falling off the structure he was standing on and earning a face full of dirt.

Where was Rouge? In the arms of Pipismon, whom Sky-Byte had handed her off to. Thankfully, the two of them were of similar size... if Rouge were a full sized human, Pipismon wouldn't have been able to carry her.

Using one of her hind legs, she retrieved Rouge's D-Comm, and called up someone she knew would be willing to help...

Guardromon scrambled back to his feet, jets igniting and zooming across the floor towards where the two Omegas were.

HIS, E-123, likewise ignored the reploid's request, keeping his weapons trained on him, stomping forward. "I WILL NOT CEASE ACTIONS UNTIL YOU CEASE FUNCTIONS."

Black Greymon just let out a low whistle at all the crap going down, but made no move to attack anyone.

Unlike Omega who growled and lunged at E-123, having shifted to his beam saber again and slashed at the robot. "DIE!"

Sky-Byte moved to leap between them - which required more nimbleness than he actually had - to try and block the reploid Omega's blade with his Anchor Arm.

"What do you think you're doing?!" he growled at the other mechanoid. "You stay here and continue to be set up, you're not going to be of any help to your friend...!"

E-123 stared at Sky-Byte for a couple of moments. Much longer, actually, than he normally would, and he looked back briefly at Rouge.

Then, with one last look at Omega... he jetted back towards Pipismon & Rouge, flying past the en-route Guardromon and firing a few blind shots back at Omega as he did so.

Omega growled but didn't let Sky-Byte's interference stop him. In fact when his saber connected with the transformer's Anchor Arm it seemed to spur the reploid on as he put he's weight into it now. And he ignored any of E-123 shots that did manage to hit him.

"You know," Black greymon spoke up once again, having not moved from his spot what with there being a Whamon around now. "This would be a hell of a lot easier if you just gave him what he wa--"
