It's been HOW long since I wrote in here??
Yeah, sorry about that. Needless to say, I've been caught up in the delights of Twitter, Facebook, and other places. It's still very weird to be divastar79 on LJ, considering I'm kitzarina pretty much EVERY WHERE ELSE online. Probably has to do with the fact that this journal was started around 9 years ago. Wow...has it really been that long?
Anyway, I probably won't write in here often. Over the years, I've found that I tend to use LJ to lurk inside fandoms more than to actually communicate. I've never been great at journaling (as the many years between updates will attest). I mostly wanted to clean this place up a bit since I'm entering phase II of sorkinverse and may actually want to post a thing or two here.
And in case you couldn't tell by the new mood theme (courtesy of the über-talented shutterbug_12, I have a new OTP. While I still love R/T and consider them to be my #2 all time, my #1 OTP is now Josh Lyman and Donna Moss from "The West Wing." It has similar themes of a younger girl pining over an older man and the stupid societal rules that keep them apart. And lots of delicious UST ;)
So...that's it. Oh yeah--I graduate college since the last time I wrote. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in English/Drama in May 2008 and have been working in the financial aid department of Wichita State University since August of that same year. I no longer work at the Bux, and nothing ever did come of me and Taylor the Latte Boy. Although I did get one pretty spectacular kiss out of it, but that's a story for another time ;)
Alright, kids. The 2 most recent episodes of Burn Notice await me--what better way to celebrate the birthday of Bruce Motherfucking Campbell?? Ciao!
