Still bustin' it out....
... just getting things accomplished right and left.
I also was informed of a Breast Cancer Benefit luncheon on October 9th at teh Knights of Columbus in my area. Apparently, they are allowing people to come in and set up booths for crafts etc.... I am looking into getting involved. I'd have to give up a Saturday at the Farmer's Market BUT I think I would be able to turn a higher profit at this venue where people are looking to purchase things.... and I could possibly increase my sales and donate a percentage to the Breast Cancer Foundation of choice. Good karma is always something to strive for. I think it's a good cause and I think it would help all around. So I am going to make the attempt to get involved with this luncheon. Guess I'd better get busy making some pink things.
Other than that, party planning is going well. Lee and I started the decorating last night. We used as much of the fall decoration fodder from my storage closets as possible. the place looks pretty good. We are going to try something creative this evening with tempra paints, some old windows in my dinningroom and christmas lights. I think it'll be cool when it's finished. Also have some ideas for a birthday card display type thing and possibly additional shelving for the bar area. Now if we could only find something to do to the bare walls in my dinningroom....
