Observations from this past weekend vacation....
... some good and some bad.
Good~ I have awesome, fun friends.
Bad~ I either don't get to see them long enough or we just can not seem to schedule things well enough.
Good~ I do love Renaissance festivals.
Bad~ I am getting BORED with MNRF. Same stuff.... different year.....
Good~ I adore shopping in the cities.
Bad~ I often don't allow enough time for proper shopping. I want an entire day start to finish to just plain shop in a mall.... any mall really.
Good~ There is lots to do in the Twin Cities.
Bad~ I can't schedule and pick the right amount of things to do while in the cities and balance time with friends and family. Let's face it... I suck at balance and scheduling.
Good~ I have the opportunity to sell surplus snakes while I am in the ciites.
Bad~ There's so much HASSLE involved with selling surplus snakes while on mini-vacation in the cities.
So yea.... parts of our trip were really great... and parts were sort of meh. I think next time Lee and I go up.... we honestly just want to go to MoA and shop. He got to see it briefly and that was something he wanted to see more of. Let's face it.... we like to walk and shop together. We are officially boring. Oh well. What can ya do.
