It's January, which means time to break out the spreadsheets for tax time! It's also the month I review my monthly expense spreadsheet with any changes for 2011. The two big changes are: my rent is going up $39 and COBRA ends for me on July 19th. Prime candidates for further budget cuts are my land line and cable. I made cuts here last January and deeper cuts would give me more than enough wiggle room for the rent. On the to-do list is investigating insurance options from the freelancers union and the state. Hmmm. I need a new list to make sure I get everything done. January is going to be busy on the paperwork/admin front.
