Quick update
Onto my next semester of nursing school. We statred with a class of 25 (in the night program) we are down to 19. I am taking adult health 1 and mental health. I got a B+ (not bad since I work so much) Every semester it gets harder. This past weekend we were in the skills lab learning skills. Some of the things I learned were Iv drip rates, flushing an IV, spiking Iv bags, inserting, flushing snd removing a Nasogastric tube, Tube feedings, ememas, stoma care, and my personal fav..digital removal of a fecal impaction! Next weekend we go back into the hospital and then at the end of the semester we do our mental health rotation at the behavioral health hospital. So really that is all I have been doing.
On another note, I did hear about a job a traveling one that pays very well.(of course I need to finish school) You go to California and work for 3 weeks at the time then come home for 3 weeks. I am really going to be looking into that!
