I really hate sleep. I used to love it, and I miss the feeling of loving my sleep time. Now, I dread it. Everytime I sleep, I toss and trn for hours until I can actually fall asleep and then once I fall asleep, I have crazy nightmares that wake me up periodically. It happens the same way everynight. No matter what. It really puts me in a depressing mood when I wake up. And then me and Matt argue because Im in a bad mood. Something needs to change, I can't handle this too much longer...
