Right, after bit of an up-and down time since my last post in here, it's time for a new challenge!!

Was planning on starting this on Tuesday, but as i'm away on tuesday, and it starts with a weigh in, probably not a great plan.
So today is the day it starts.

I kind of stole the plan off a website i found, so if it's yours, appologies.

do you think that would work? because i'd definitely do it with you! and i go to the gym like 6 days a week (we have a great gym at my college) so i'd totally be up for it. i need to lose like 20 pounds by the end of october. i already usually eat under 500 cals a day anyway so it doesnt sound so hard.

well i guess how much you lose depends on starting weight etc, but i don't see why it wouldn't, and i checked out on websites that work out your deficite etc and it appears that it would.
Ooh, please do it with me, it'd be so much better to have someone to do it with xx

by the way my current stats are:
height: 5'6
hw: 165
cw: 154
lw: 135
ltg: 119/120 (or 115 if im still not happy)

Yeh, that's what i thought, it's always easier when you have a buddy, less likely to go wrong as well, because you're not just letting yourself down, but someone else too.
Well Monday-wednesday i'm on a school trip, so i will have real meals forced upon me and none of my safe foods to turn to, instead it'll be chocolate etc, so i'll probably just have to try and not eat anything at all those days, and i also wont be able to go on a computer during those days, but that's all.

height 5'7
hw 166
cw 154
lw 130
1st stg 147
2nd stg 135
ltg 121(for now, no doubt will change the closer i get to that weight)

Id like to join 2. I need motivation. Every time I try to fast or restrict I fail. I need some help, Im trying to lose 20 lbs by December(When I go back to school).I have 2 months. Your plan sound awesome,IM willing to give it a try.

I'm currently fasting for as long as i feel i can, then i'll probably do 200 each day until 20th October(when my birthday party is)...then i may start up on this again.
