Was planning on starting this on Tuesday, but as i'm away on tuesday, and it starts with a weigh in, probably not a great plan.
So today is the day it starts.
I kind of stole the plan off a website i found, so if it's yours, appologies.
Rules
- 1 weigh in a week (starting today, so that's every saturday)
- to run until the date of my birthday party (4 weeks)
- 6 days of 500 calorie limit followed by 3 days of fasting(i might do the fast days as just fasting between sunrise and sunset and then a limit of a couple of hundred calories for after sunset, or i may do the fast days as general 200 days and have some of the 500 days as 200/300 days instead so it evens out about the same), then 1 day of 200, then the 6 days of 500 start again and so on.
- finishes on 19th October with a fast day.
- in a week(when i have money again) i will join my new gym, and from then on a gym session will be compulsary atleast 3 times a week.
-alcohol is not being counted with the calories, as long as i'm only drinking it at birthday parties/any event related to my birthday, and i have to dance my ass off any night i do drink it.
-also October 14th is a day off, as it's my birthday, so i will be having cake shoved down my throat left right and centre, unfortunately.
-Points accumulated by the end of the challenge:
>1250 = new pair of earings
>1500 = new bracelet & necklace
>1750 = new evening bag
>2000 = new pair of expensive shoes
-i also get a new item of clothing for each 10lbs i lose

01 per 5 leg lifts on both legs
10 per mile ran/cycled etc

0.5 per min aerobic excersise

10 7-8 hrs sleep

04 5-6 hours sleep
-5 <5 hours sleep
02 vitamin/fat metaboliser tablet
If anyone wants to do this with me, i could do with a buddy to keep me motivated!!
