.. did you bring your hat?
(sorry, inside joke)
Anyways, I'm bored at work. What's new. Leon is off at U-Mass today taking a test so I have no company and even though I should be updating my resume and all well.. I'm not.  I'll do it at some point in the next 2 and 1/2 hours I have to sit around the office. I really should be pounding the pavement but for the past two weeks my legs can't handle it. My knees have been killing me and since I went out to play disc on Sunday the rest of my body is bruised and sore too.. Disc was awesome though. It was totally worth having to be carried around after the game and struggling to the bathroom. >.< There's no better feeling than being cover from head to foot in dirt and mud with rain beating down on your sweaty body. Damn, it was fun. I've really missed running around and cracking jokes with everyone and just fucking around. There were a few new guys who were wicked good and really cool. Hopefully, they'll become regulars. It's nice to have some new faces although one guy on the opposite team was a fuckwad and kept getting in the fucking way and just being a total jackass but he didn't last long. whatev. My team totally kicked ass! Everyone got to handle the disc and have fun. yay

I have to remember to invest in some good knee braces. At the last point in the game my knee was completely blown out and I can't repeat that ever again. I couldn't stand up under my own power at all. I almost yanked poor Andy's arm off trying to lift myself up. Thank God Steve was there to fling me on to his back. Hopefully, after I get my rent money together I'll have some extra to buy at least one brace for now.  As it is now my right knee still occasionally snapping around and twinging when I move it.

This weekend was a lot of fun. Got to see my Dougie two days in a row. The Rudds put on an awesome show on Friday. They better win the WBCN battle of the bands. They really rocked! Especially, since they were able to get the audience to sing along, it definitely shows that they got the crowd pumped. I spent Saturday lounging around the apartment with Chip watching really cool movies. We went to dinner at one of the local bars down the street. The service seemed wicked slow but that might have been in our heads since we both waited to the point of near starvation before we got up the energy to get up and leave. We were both just way too comfortable and content to care about food, despite what our stomachs were telling us. It's been quite a while since I was that comfortable. I'm really looking forward to next Saturday since I get to go to a party. Yay parties. Hopefully, there won't be any akward moments. I'm not too worried though. I also need to try and find time to see my parents this week too, I'm thinking of stopping by Friday night but I won't be able to stay.. oh well maybe thursday is a better alternative. I'm also trying to make time to see one of my friends from U Mass and go job hunting. Gah! they need to invent longer weeks. I can't believe I actually want to extend my week. How the hell do people find the time to do anything! Speaking of which I should be off working on something more important for the next hour and half.
