Home ill :( Have managed to reorganize the kitchen, clean out cupboards etc while I'm at it though... admittedly through bouts of coughing, flushing hot and cold, and generally collapsing to watch godawful daytime TV! Was amazed to discover Gimore Girls on at 8.50am this morning, which was entertaining as I associate it purely with visiting Michelle and Rich in Las Vegas and all-the-characters-talk-so-fast-the-script-must-be-hyphenated-or-something.
I am suffering from a lack of good stuff to record, currently... can anyone recommend anything good that's on? I don't mind joining it mid-series if the episodic drama/comedy is better than/equal to the overarching storyline...? Anything? Sci Fi/Living/E4 are usually good for something, but I really couldn't care less who is the next top model anywhere and there are no crap-but-entertaining sexy vampire dramas *sulks*
Also, can anyone recommend an easy-to-access but fun and lucrative career that I could move into? I am fed up of working for the government. I am being semi-serious. The word "marketing" has even come up so please don't discount 80s-style money-making options.
