Why is this big news? I mean, Audioslave weren't awful or anything, right? Well, when coupled with the news that Rage Against The Machine is reforming 'for one concert' and the whole 'politics/justice on a global scale being truly screwed up' aspect of life, I see major potential for the return of something great!
I saw I sign on my way to meet
Shaitoday (which, btw, was a lovely experience. Meeting so many LJ people in real life recently has been superfluous!). It was by the big church next to Sky City. A green sign with a sillouette (spelt wrong right?) of a man with a bright white square on his neck. Said iGod. And underneath was a website for sermons or something that said www.godcasts.co.nz
I bought a call card so I could finally call Annalise today (mum's got the landline on a tollbar and I really didn't want to ask others if I could make a toll call from their phone...). But I tried to get the damn thign to work for ten minutes and it kept saying that the area (Woodville) wasn't allowed on that card. Shit. I bit the bullet and went over to my aunt's to call. However, she was in a whingy mood and barely chatted for two minutes. My sister recommended buying a sim card and using one of the old vodafones that are hanging around and then just make Annalise's phone my BestMate so I can call whenever and for however long I want. Sounds like a potential plan.
Louise is moving to her dad's tomorrow (today really, but the day don't start if I'm still awake...)...
