I was just thinking yesterday, and I have to say that the ferrit.co.nz tv ads are some of the most brilliantly funny things I have seen in a long time. Better than Beanman. Better than the Tui ads. Better than those two dummies from Sky TV.
Apparantly the Johnny English movie came about because he was a character from a TV ad and someone decided to make a movie version.
I am so thinking this should be sone for all the characters from those ads. The Sky Guys could be on a Haj to a rugby game. Beanman's twisted and upsetting origins and his continual failure could be outlined. Some sort of business John Grisham thriller could take place in the Tui Brewery, thus ensuring scantily clad women and tense dramatic plot. Win-win!
But what would the ferrit guy do?Hmmm.
