I was going to put a witty title here, but alas, I'm out of wit.

Does anyone remember the internet kerfuffle that happened about someone in a Hogwarts sorting community who was "so goth that they bartended, in the dark"? I remember it from some reference in Fandom_wank that I still occasionally go and visit. Anyway, I was hoovering today, and while I started when it was still a little light, by the time I'd changed where the modem plugged in and once again wailed that the only games console that we have doesn't seem to want to plug into our current TV, and hauled the hoover upstairs, the sun had well and truely sunk. I was hoovering the landing, and headed for the bathroom, and couldn't be bothered to switch the hoover off and get to the light. And I the first thing that hit me (actually the first thing that hit me was the hoover, I pulled it back too far and ran over my toe. The first thing I thought) was "I'm so goth I hoover in the dark", I'm not though, but I thought I'd tell you all about it.

What else can I talk about? I've been in a bit of a dip recently, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel (no wait, the tunnels on fire...) and am feeling somewhat cheery. I'm even considering the fact that it's going to be Christmas in just over a month, and I'll have to do the shopping for that at some point. It doesn't particularly scare me, so that's good. I've got a little bit of a cold, but I'm taking that in my stride (as evident by the fact that I did the hoovering!).

It's cold and wet outside as evident by the fact that the cat came in and she looked sparkly because she was so covered in raindrops. She looked so miserable that I went and got a towel. She didn't like that, but she didn't scratch me, so that's a positive step!

The internet seems all new and exciting now that I've made it wireless. I don't know why, it's not like anything new has happened, although it's easier to hoover now, because I don't have to move millions of cables out of the way! The reason I say it's new and interesting is probably because I have been on websites I haven't been on for ages, like the Spooks Interactive games site - which has new games this series and they are bloody brilliant. There's a very cool 'synthesising the antidote' game, and a 'get from point A to B before the infections reach a certain number' game both of which I did amazingly averagely on, but really enjoyed! I also visited ebay, which was bad because I looked at shoes. Stupid girl. On that topic... WANT!! I'd probably never wear them, but they're so very... clompy! Talking of shoes, I keep going to Faith to try and find shoes to spend my birthday present from Keith on (from July guys!) but the pair I fell in love with aren't available in 3s in Bromley anymore, and I don't want to go to Lewisham. So I shall have to find different shoes. I've tried looking on the website, but they have the ones I love, but I'm fairly sure that you can't use vouchers online...

I can't think of anything else to say, so I shall go, *waves*
