Shhh Work Time
i'm doing something besides doing work and getting paid for it. tough luck. i'm not going to just stand there and wait for the liquid media to swirl around for 30 minutes and not do anything. yesterday was long. work was not boring, but it required me to be on my feet for the majority of the day and to scamper from lab to lab to get supplies and to put things in incubators. at the end of the day, my feet ached and i think i developed scoliosis or at least a hunch back. how's that for attractiveness?
the people here are really complex and they have 100s of acronyms after their names. it makes me feel inferior. one day, i'll be one of those intimidating people. i got to talk to chadwick while at work. it made me happy to catch up with him. i did miss him. hope to talk to him soon.
i talked to my baby boo last night. i nearly fell asleep twice while talking though. we talked about whether we knew each other very well and i reassured them that i did and its good to have information that we don't know about each other. it makes things interesting and keeps the other person entertained. imagine knowing practically everything about someone. it would become mundane and boring.
i've got two parties to go to this weekend. party time!! time to eat, get fat, and have a relaxing, do nothing weekend. i'm needing it! happy early halloween for those who observe it. peace. t^b
