The person I faced was Kain Highwind. He fights with a spear and can jump very high and very fast. He had some kind of...darkness ability. It made his attacks hurt worse than they would have otherwise.

...I also encountered a dragon, one I call Interceptor, but we didn't fight. He took Kain away after I defeated him.

[He sounds rather fascinated by that, but not overly so. An ordinary dragon is not the same as the Great Dragon, a member of the manakete race.]

Do you suppose this dragon could be a neutral party?

I do not know if I can depict it more accurately, but to describe it as best I may, I would say that the force he used felt as solid as any physical blow. Indeed, I would have mistaken it for such, had I not seen it--or seen the lack of it, rather.
