I love Quaker's Weight Management instant oatmeal. It has 7g protein, 6g fiber, and 1g sugar, and tastes awesome. I eat the Cinnamon on a daily basis, usually for breakfast or lunch (today I was really cold, so I had it for both) :D and it really fills you up. I can't have liquids and solids together without getting sick, so I nuke it with just enough water that it's really thick, but not hard. Then I add a tiny bit of FF milk and mush it in until it's mixed. It's still thick, but not in a bad way.

I also make soy/fruit smoothies with silken or soft tofu, ice, banana, and fruits of your choice (sometimes a little water or low sugar OJ). Put it in the blender and voila! Yummy smoothie! :D I did the calorie/protein info on that once and have it in my memories, but not on me just now.

I also get deli turkey (I really like this stuff:
) and put it on crackers or baguette when I'm craving breads. It fills me up and I eat less carbs that way, but still get my craving in. ;) I can't eat pork or beef since my wls (3+ years ago) because they make me so sick or dump, so I stick to turkey. Sometimes chicken is ok, so I get that when turkey isn't an option, and fish and shellfish is ok too, but I have to be in the mood.

MorningStar Farms has some great meat substitutes that have the taste and texture (for the most part) of meat and still gives you protein, but it a *lot* easier to digest. I like the Chick'n'strips, Chick'n'Nuggets, and Sausage Patties. I don't eat them on a regular basis, but a few times a month is good for me.

Our QFC/Kroger now has yogurt with Splenda in it and most of the sugar (from what I can tell) is from the fruit, and doesn't make me dump (woohoo!). I really like yogurt and would have to eat just tiny bits to keep from dumping and some of the other brands of 'diet yogurt' were just gross and didn't even taste like yogurt. :P Yeah, I'm picky. I also eat LF cottage cheese with a few fake bacon bits on for flavor and texture. SF jello and SF pudding are also good treats with protein in them too. :)

Hope that gives you a few more ideas!
