Protien drink
tuna fish and canned chicken (keep it moist, less likely to get stuck)
Cheese sticks (I love pre-measured cheese, that way I get 100cals)

oooh thank you starry and tatyana.....i am going grocery shopping tomorrow so needed some ideas. thanks :)

turkey chili sounds yummy so do cheese sticks. i have tried tuna and canned chicken and it just didn't do it for me. the chicken got stuck and the tuna tasted bad to me. it's those changing taste buds i guess. i will try it again in the future though. i will have to add some yogurt and more protein drinks to my diet as well.

I LOVE the greek style yogurt at Trader Jos. It really got me through the first 4 months. Good stuff.

I love Quaker's Weight Management instant oatmeal. It has 7g protein, 6g fiber, and 1g sugar, and tastes awesome. I eat the Cinnamon on a daily basis, usually for breakfast or lunch (today I was really cold, so I had it for both) :D and it really fills you up. I can't have liquids and solids together without getting sick, so I nuke it with just enough water that it's really thick, but not hard. Then I add a tiny bit of FF milk and mush it in until it's mixed. It's still thick, but not in a bad way.

I also make soy/fruit smoothies with silken or soft tofu, ice, banana, and fruits of your choice (sometimes a little water or low sugar OJ). Put it in the blender and voila! Yummy smoothie! :D I did the calorie/protein info on that once and have it in my memories, but not on me just now.

deli chicken breast or turkey breast, sliced thin
fat free refried beans, w/or w/o shredded cheddar
baked beans
hummus
edemame
T peanut butter, thinned with 1-2 t ff milk... dip banana or apple slices
wendy's chili
ff sf yogurt
slice of cheese

cheese = cracker barrel makes 1 oz size packages of cheddar, and there are always the little babybels of gouda or what have you.
turkey = get the oscar meyer packages and grab a slice of that.

I can't tolerate beef of any kind these days, but I can tolerate chicken and turkey no problem.
