I agree, a staff meeting as soon as possible would be wise. [And damn it all to Hell, where is Elizabeth Swann?!]
On a related note, I volunteered to be one of the four staff members outside conducting the headcounts.

He cannot be relied upon. [Which, coming from a military woman? Who is used to having strict orders from her superiors? That is a strong condemnation.] So we must see to things ourselves.
I'm hoping to institute multiple headcounts. One before the evacuation procedures to ensure all students are accounted for and then those who volunteered to do one outside to make sure everyone remains accounted for.

Despite his shortcomings it is still best to err on the side of caution. I will recommend, during the meeting if this is not the appropriate place, that the staff be well armed and that the students who have not undergone dream training be kept under a stricter protection. Those who have should, perhaps, be given more responsibilities to look after their fellows.

I'm not doubting Dr. Facilier, but until the students who have undergone the training are tried and tested against the Mist and those creatures, we have no idea whether or not they are actually more prepared. Even then, the other students are not their responsibility. They are ours.

The mouse has confirmed that he wants the students outside-- finally-- but should they be kept away from the building? Guided to another? Without more information, we have to guess at our objective.
And it's risky to make a plan based on speculation.
