EVENT: Voodoo Festival!

There's a banner raised between two wooden posts smack dab in the middle of the quad, hand-painted, by the look of it. The lettering is thin and, judging by the slight drip of the red paint, probably done in a bit of a hurry, though the image of a voodoo doll to the right of the words looks pretty well done.

Hexes and Curses

The dark tent is the smallest of them all, and it has a bit of a claustrophobic feel as you pull back the tent flaps to step inside. Voodoo dolls far more detailed than the ones in the Charms tent hang suspended from the ceiling, and various trinkets glint a bit sinisterly from their shelves. There doesn't appear to be quite so many products in here, but then again these are the most potent of the bunch. Looking to get back at someone? Here's your place.

[And of course, here's Mozenrath examining a few of the more 'interesting-looking' trinkets. He looks a bit irritated with them, though, as if he expected more. Xerxes was busy blinking at a voodoo doll that looked suspiciously like his Master...]

You a fan? [Facilier's suddenly behind Xerxes, smirking at him.] If you're lookin' to get back at your Master for any ill-treatment, this is-- Ah, my Lord~

[Pretending like he just noticed Mozenrath, sweeping into a mocking bow.] What brings you to this tent, hm? Surely you've your own manner of darker magicks to play aroun' with.

[Xerxes' entire body straightened out as he hissed in shock, those goggle-eyed bugging. The poor eel rushed back to Mozenrath's shoulder, glaring viciously at Faci for surprising him. Mozenrath ignored the entire exchange and put the charm he was holding back on the table]

Indeed, but there's no harm in inspecting the works of others. At least... the works that they are willing to part with.

[A low little chuckle.] Well-played. All this might be a bit too subtle for you, but if you see anythin' you like, just say the word.

[Behind his back, he closes his hand around a vial of pink powder.]

[Xerxes is watching him like a hawk, so when Facilier suspiciously sneaks behind his Master and grabs a vial - Xerxes immediately shouts] Mozenrath!

[In which he twirls around to see what he's doing -- which of course is probably too late by then, isn't it Doctor?]

[Too late indeed. Faciler's already shaken a bit of the powder into his hand and blown it into their faces, and when the smoke clears he's doubled over laughing. Enjoy a little switcheroo, Your Lordship.]

[Xerxes and Mozenrath were both coughing, and when the smoke began to clear his temper was clearly aroused. He hissed as he rose his hand to blast Facilier for his insolence -- but nothing came out. In fact, his hand was a fin. His jaw dropped in shock as he instinctively look at Xerxes-- and instead he was staring straight at himself! Their expressions in mirrored shock]

W-W... What?! [His voice sounded nothing like his own, he was... he was...!]

AAAAH!

[Facilier's just lolin' it up, and actually has to lift a finger to wipe his eyes.]

A little payback for your trouble in Sherwood Forest. Call it even.

[To add additional insult to injury, Mozenrath and Xerxes had no idea how to move in each others bodies. So when Mozenrath attempted to lunge at Facilier, he ended up falling straight to the ground and flopping uselessly. Xerxes seemed to have wanted to do the same thing, but ended up making Mozenrath's body fall straight on his face... it was a pile of hissing, cursing chaos, and a small eely voice shouted up hatefully]

YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!!!!

[Best idea Facilier's ever had, hands down. This is already worth whatever Mozenrath thinks he can dish out in revenge. Facilier casually steps over their two struggling bodies to leave the tent.]

Maybe. Wouldn't want to get yourself thrown out of school though, wouldja? Be careful, now!

[The Weird Sisters have split up, although they aren't far from one another. They've simply opted to browse different tents based on their individual interests. Seline's looking through the Hexes and Curses tent. She's trying to feign a lack of knowledge to see what the good doctor will do with that, but if he's paying close attention he might realize that she knows exactly what can be poked at a little vs. what should be observed but not touched.]

[My dear, Dr. Facilier is never paying anything but close attention. In fact, he arches an eyebrow to see her and makes his way over to her to see what's caught her eye.]

Pardon me, but what does this one do?

[Seline points at an item that looks harmless on first glance, if one ignores the sinister aura it gives off. She can make an educated guess, but she wants to hear what Dr. Facilier will say about it]

Ah, you'll want to be careful with that one. Get someone to inhale a bit a-that, and you'll be able to weave a waking dream for them. 'Course, most people in the market for such a thing aren't exactly likely to be handing out sweet dreams.

[That's roughly what Seline had guessed, but she doesn't know its exact properties. She's used to using her own magic rather than items made by others]
