NPR junkie
I have begun listening to NPR at work once again.
I had high hopes about Air America Radio, but it is really no better than the "conservative crap" (their term) they complain about.
The folks in my office are by and large pretty conservative and I had looked at Air America as a way to counteract the right wing talk radio I normally swim in. I just can't handle the approach both the left and the right take to seemingly everything now. There does not seem to be any reasonable or thought out discussion. It is all about what team you are on and keeping to the party line.
God help you if you are a pro-life Democrat or an anti-war Republican. There is no place left to call home.
NPR has a reputation of leaning left, but I guess that depends upon your perspective. To me it is just not "fast food."
