Ode to phlegm.
Hurrah, it is a sinus infection, nothing at all to do with my allergies or the citrus challenge. Just a coincidence. Doc gave me antibiotics (which are compatible with the pill, but warn that they might cause tendons to swell, hurt or snap), and I'll try the citrus challenge again when I'm well.
In the meantime, allow me to say that my burritos are very, very boring with no tomatoes or dairy allowed. I'm going to need to eat more of things I'd eaten sparingly due to fat content, like meat, peanut butter, nuts and avocados, just to have some yumminess in my life.
In other news, Miss Tasty suggested that Trousers might be like Michigan J. Frog, the Warner Bros. character who would sing and dance when alone with this one guy who found him, but merely flop silently except for an indolent croooooak in the presence of anyone else. Trousers found this both apt and highly amusing.
