...I'd rather be old than go back to being young....
Found an old letter I wrote, I found myself relating to the sentiment, but in an entirely new way.
December, 2001
"...and even now... as I'm packing away old letters and treasures, the cd burner humming away at another project completed... in the scuffling cleanup a small jewelry box fell to the floor and dried withered petals from some leftover flower hopelessly smashed under my feet.
I open a drawer to shove papers away in it and staring back at me is an old picture of us smiling so wickedly. I can actually notice how young we look in that picture. I suddenly feel old."
