Yesterday I got home from a 2 day camping trip at longbeach with Shawn. We had the best time! We really needed to get away by ourselves for a while.Before we went we had been fighting about dumb things alot and I was not feeling very good about that. But when we camped we just hung out by ourselves and appreciated all the good things about each other and worked together and played games and had fun! We climbed up onto a big rock right on the shore of the beach and sat there and let the wind blow on us and appreciated the majestic waves crashing on the shore. It is so beautiful there. Our campsite was beautiful too, the different colours and shades of green are so vibrant in the rainforest. So even though it rained pretty much the entire time we were there, we had a great time getting back to nature.Also we saw a bear! He lumbered across the road as we were approaching Pacific Rim National Park. Being out in nature is just so cool, it is nice to get away from the city sometimes.Now I want to go back! Anyone want to come?
