Summary: Open log for Tatsumi's Chip event for anyone wanting to run into him and his Victims (and anyone that runs into them!!)

Although Tatsumi couldn't enter places he hadn't been previously invited to, there was still enough prey stupid enough to wonder outside. No matter how strong, powerful, or skilled they were, nothing would hold Tatsumi back from quenching his blood lust. The hunger pain was so strong, it was nearly unbearable.
Even so, there was always the joy of playing with your food. Endless enjoyment.
