Summary: Tatsumi's Chip has been removed and he is blood hungry with no end to his appetite in sight, he goes as far as attacking children. Luke is his next Victim and he recognizes Luke from being Megumi's victim once before. Amused, he commands the boy to go after Megumi for revenge but Danny interrupts and gets Luke to the hospital for help, where Cube will assist. SOMEWHERE in all this Conan begins his detective work as well.

Painful aching, unlike any he had ever felt. Something wasn't right. If felt as though he felt hunger for every month he had been in Discedo. The attack on Marco failed to quench his thirst. Why hadn't anyone come outside yet. He needed to feast and there were so many barriers it was sickening.
The tiniest of movement caught the werepire's red eyes. It started far down the street, Lander Boulevard to be exact, and it crept closer. It was small, not a monster. It was a child. Tatsumi's rational thoughts seemed to take a vacation ticket as he very well should know that attacking children was bad news.
But he was so hungry.It didn't matter anymore. besides, they'd come right back, and not as Shiki, even. They'd come back alive filled with MORE blood. Blood. Ahhh, he could roll in it at the moment. He'd do anything, anything just to quench his thirst.
So, he began to stalk the young boy. he seemed so unaware, it was amusing. Oh so amusing and that only made Tatsumi's blood burn with excitement.
