Who: OPEN. Customers/old employees/new employees/your mom
Where: Northern Lights
When: Any time between Wednesday evening/early morning when the bar closes
Rating: G-R? Who even knows with the usual drunken regulars.
Summary:
Wednesday night. Not the busiest night in the 'Lights weekly schedule, but there'd probably be the usual share of drinkers and diners... plus a group of potential employees. Dinner menu tonight might be a bit unique, considering... many of the aspiring chefs are going to be testing out their cooking skills.
OOC note: Open bar log! Good opportunity for any of the new employees to mix and mingle with each other, and customers/other employees, etc. If you didn't burn the kitchen down/scare off customers/poison anyone with your cooking, you can assume Shinjiro hired you.
the log:
A quiet, peaceful night at the Northern Lights bar and restaurant... or not. Sure, there'd be moments and even an hour or two of quiet in the late afternoon. As the evening wore on, though, the bar and tables filled up more often than not. Between the buzz of (sometimes drunken) chatter and the occasional dart throwing and glass clinking, it could get quite loud.
Unlike most days, though, one could also hear a lot more noise than usual coming from the kitchens and supply room. Quite a few chefs were interviewing, other new employees were learning the ropes, and that the fruits of that day's supply run had to make their way onto the shelves. A busy night, all in all.
As for the proprieter, he'd be... making himself a little scarce. After the interviews and hunting for supplies, Shinjiro was more than tired and cranky. He'd either be stocking in the store room or sliding outside to smoke a cigarette every once in awhile.
