Hayley heard the steps, eyes glued to the silver-haired brat as soon as he came within view. Out of anyone, Hayley had expected Haseo to come talk to her the most. Because, of course, he had been the target of Hayley's little venture into Gohl the first time around. Now, ironically, she sat in the very same building staring up at the boy she had stared down at only a couple of nights ago. It felt so real at that moment, and Hayley shuddered. Not from fear, although it appeared that way, but from exhilaration.

With Haseo's approach, Hayley flattened herself against the wall, giving the other a fearful look that spoke her supposed fear clearly. She even worked up some nervous shakes that made the act all the more convincing. The flow of tears quickened and her face slowly turned red because of her sobbing. A loud sob was her only real response to Haseo for a good minute.

"I-" Hayley sniffed. "I only remember being s-scared of Skeith." She darted her eyes away in nervousness, her body still shaking and the tears still flowing. Suddenly she looked back to Haseo, with a last plea.

"I don't remember doing any of it!" Hayley cried, scrunching up her face with a pained look.

If the lights hadn't been so dim down in the cellar, one could clearly see how irritated Haseo appeared. He rolled his crimson-red eyes and spat out a quiet 'Tch' before rising to a straight stance to lean on the wall beside Hayley.

Her fear might have been acted out well enough, but Haseo was sure that he could see through it pretty damn well. Hayley's whines regarding Skeith caused a slight shot of pressure in Haseo's head, followed by a loud and rhaspy laugh from the inner voice the avatar owned. Despite the annoyance that came with being the carrier of a cocky epitaph, Haseo agreed with Skeith's amusement for once. However, to avoid further issue (and possibly violence), he made sure Skeith would remain supressed.

"Oh? So I'm guessing you were on something when you decided to waltz in? You obviously carry a stash of drugs on you. Don't give us that bull-crap, Hayley."

Haseo silenced for a moment, taking the moment to think of proper things to say before placing proper punishment upon the girl.

"So...tell me why you did it. Skeith intimidate you that much? Or are you just trying to prove some sort of point?"

Hayley's face fell at Haseo's response and it dissolved back into self-pitying sobbing. Her gaze fell as well, training itself on the ground before her. She raised her knees to her chest as best she could while tied up. Resting her head between them, her tears never stopped flowing. She seemed to break in front of Haseo; a shuddering, teary-eyed mess. Her bonds scraped against her wrists as she slumped over with the exertion of her crying. It was easy for Hayley to act this way, as she'd had plenty of practice. Hayley looked as though she couldn't look Haseo in the eyes again.

"N-no. I don't know what happened." Hayley's voice broke, muffled by her knees. She attempted to wipe her eyes on her legs, getting her slightly dirty jeans wet. Hayley let out another sob, her small frame shaking with the force of it.

In response to Haseo's next question, all Hayley could do is shake her head. And her face was mostly hidden by her knees. Skeith had crossed a personal line. A line that she never let any man do, regardless of the circumstances. Not that she was about to inform Haseo of this. But. They were both providing for enough amusement at this point. She had been itching for this type of excitement for a while, anyway. Hayley sniffled, seeming to come back into some sort of control of herself.

Slowly, she lifted her head to look at Haseo, resting her chin on her knees. Tears sticking to her eyelashes in clear beads, defeat was written across her face. But inside her mind she was having the time of her life. This was just the thrilling challenge she needed. And she'd thought breaking in was enough of a challenge. Oh, was she wrong.
