Lizor's Permissions:

[OOC]
This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity. Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.

1). Backtagging: Yes

2). Threadhopping: For the most part, yes. Depending on the thread situation of course! If its a private seeming conversation or moment, probably no - but any other time sure! Just use common judgement :)

3). Fourthwalling: Considering that it's processor busting enough that Lizor has to understand that he's a program existing outside of a computer in a non-digital environment - it probably doesn't really matter lol!

[IC]
This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity. Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

1). Hugging this character: Yes! His reaction would depend on the person and situation. It also would depend on how the hug itself was executed. Fast movements have more of a risk of his combat subroutines flaring up before rational processed thought - and he may react involuntarily as if the other person was engaging in combat.

This is only due to his long stint of being in captivity and being forced to fight in Clu's games. He spent long periods being isolated - and any contact he had with other programs was mostly violent. Slower gentler movements are a lot safer - and would be received a lot better. As for the contact itself, Lizor actually doesn't mind physical contact and is not shy.

2). Kissing this character: Yes! In his past, this sort of contact in any form, Lizor would not have minded in the least. Now-a-days, he's more hesitant with initiating this form of contact, but its not because of shyness. His reaction would depend on whether he knows the person or not, the situation and so on. In general though - it is not an overly averse reaction. He had always liked kissing as a way to share touch, friendship and connection in the past.

3). Flirting with this character: Yes! Back in the days before the Coup, Lizor was quite the charmer and could flirt and banter like the best of them (though he was always respectful and polite, never a sleaze) - revealing a warm, but playful sense of humor. Since the darker times during the resistance and later his captivity, that dampened immensely. But it's still there inside somewhere, waiting to be brought out.

As for his reaction? He won't be expecting it so it might take a bit to register, but once it does he'd probably be surprised. If he all ready knows the person - he might even slowly begin to respond in kind - revealing a side he hadn't shown in cycles. It would be good for him I think.

4). Fighting with this character: Yes! (Though from a Mun perspective, I'm rusty writing fight scenes XD I never 'god mode' though and I leave posts as open as possible for the other involved to react) Lizor trains often to keep himself primed for combat. I imagine he'd appreciate a sparring partner once he is comfortable enough with someone. I don't think he'd be able to spar with anyone random due to his history. Lizor is designed for combat, and so fighting isn't generally a problem whether it's NPC enemies or whatever. Any kind of conflict between PC's are of course usually yacked about ooc on the sidelines while tags are going on.

5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes! Lizor is a physical character and so getting banged up is inevitable. No character of mine is ever invincible anyway. There is no way anyone would get out of a conflict unscathed. Anything severe such as loss of limbs or near fatal injury or injuries that could lead to death will probably need to be discussed. I'm pretty open to things if it drives the plot development for the game and/or character.

6). Killing this character: No - But open minded about it! Definitely needs to be discussed with the player! I'm open with the idea depending on the game storyline (and how the event the death would affect it), how it develops the character and their storyline/CR, and whether they can be revived and so on.

7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes! Lizor is an extremely honest person and open for the most part with his emotions. He wouldn't be aware of any such abilities existing and so wouldn't have any way to block anyone from reading him. I most certainly don't mind anyone reading him.

However due to him being a digital being - wonder if reading him would be a somewhat different experience than reading a biological one. I am open to chat via AIM or PM if anyone is curious to toss some ideas together!

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
------------------------------------------

This part of the permissions post has to do with a particular ability of Lizor's. A chunk of it is unrealized due to his memories being damaged - but things might be discovered by accident or he might remember things in game play. What follows is a copy/pasted section detailing this ability from Lizor's profile. I would never do anything in game play without consulting the other player first - if you wish, feel free to comment and let me know what is okay or not with your character. I can be reached via email, pm'ing this account or even on AIM (I'm usually on invisible if I am online).

This ability was added to the permissions post due to the fact that even in a non-digital environment, it will still be able to effect characters of a biological nature. The theory was put to me this way:

"The power would also apply to reading the neurological/nerve passages of an organic body since circuity and the nervous system both use electric impulses".

Okay - here goes:

Energy Sensitivity/Manipulation - Where his brother's ability lies more in the tactile realm, Lizor's is in the energetic realm. Each program/person (even electronic devices) has their own unique energetic signature - a frequency or auric field that surrounds them that is unique only to them. Lizor is able to identify these by sensing this field by sight and/or feel. Where his brother was only able to have a sense of this by physical touch - Lizor doesn't  need to be in contact to use this ability. This would be advantageous when it comes to tracking someone or something that belongs to someone. Logically, someone's traces would fade over time.

The manipulation aspect at this point in time (at game entry) is mostly limited to Lizor's own energy. He has incredible control over his own reserves and energetic field and has an acute awareness of it. Due to long cycles of being kept in near starvation - he pulls his energy close to his core which leaves his surface render muted and without the filament like circuitry glowing just beneath the skin visible. Circuitry on rendered clothing will glow brightly as normal however (unless he purposely stealths it, a security program trait).

NOTE - Any manipulating of other fields is purely accidental and not generally harmful by any means. Back in his past, when Lizor first discovered this ability - it was actually during more intimate moments. He has the ability to literally 'read' the unique energetic pathways of the other program and find all the sensitive points where the circuitry paths cross. When these points are touched and stimulated with his own energetic field - it can be extremely pleasurable for the other program. I suppose in a self defense application it can be the opposite.

This aspect of his ability is like Lizor being able to see and read/map out the ley lines of the body (the very same ones that acupuncturists use) that energy or 'chi' follows in Asian medicine. By touching the various points along those lines, and controlling his own energetic field - Li has the ability to cause various results both positive and negative.

Added note: Both me and my character are 18+ (early 30's) and am open to RPing adult situations when chemistry between characters seem to head that way. I like to discuss with the other player(s) involved before involving my character in such relations in game with their characters just to make sure everything is okay first.

I love collaborating with other players and this includes character relationships (of any nature) as well as a good plot line. I find that both go hand in hand. I tend to play the relationships and adult situations that have the most potential for plot and character development.

Any questions, comments, crits or even plot/CR and scene ideas - do not hesitate to pm me or respond to my HMD post! I will change or add info to the permissions post, as needed while her in game experience progresses!
