RC is coming home tonight. i hope his flight goes well. im excited to see him!!!

last night i went with teresa to curves (yeah the women only gym) in support for her to join. since i had done some training for that particular location and the girl recognized me we (both teresa and i) were given a month free trial. that was really cool. im excited

so here is a question.............how does one deal with insecurity when it creeps up on you unexpectedly??? im referring to insecurity in a relationship, in one-self and pretty much in general.- I think the only solution is Jesus? ;]

I think the answer to your question is to be yourself. Strong people do whatever they want and they don't care what people think. People will talk and judge you either either way. life is short so might as well do whatever you want. good luck
