Finally! My computer's been giving me fits all week and hopefully that's all over with.

Anyway, I never really expect to win an award the first time I enter a particular icon challenge, let alone first place. I entered a challenge at _madonna_stills, and won first place.

Yeah so, I finally got off my butt and organized my award banners into one entry. Of course, I will keep adding to this as I win awards. I wish I knew how to make a sticky post so it stays at the top all the time.

Huh, well this is a surprise...both the icons I entered in the Chicago White Sox challenge in mlb_icontest got awards. The first one won First Place, the other Second. Actually, I would have liked the text brush for the first one on the second one better, but it's too late now.

Wow, this was a bit of a surprise...I entered the Josie Maran challenge at _model_icontest, which was my first time entering a challenge there, and I won a Mod's Choice award. *shrugs* I just saw the picture and the icon practically made itself. Wow, I entered both of the Week 30 challenges at femme_icons...and this is the one that I won first place on. Actually, I liked my Christina Ricci icon better, and that didn't win squat! *shrugs* It seems like whenever I'm not all that happy with the result of a particular challenge icon is when I actuallly win an award for it ( Read more... )

Cool...I won Second Place for an icon I entered at jma_i_challenge. You know, usually when I make icons for contests, I never really think they're that good.
