Okay so, based on
I wrote
Brendon is ridiculously affectionate with everyone. Spencer cites this as his reasoning for trying not to squeal like a twelve-year-old girl every time Brendon focuses that attention solely on him. Sometimes, though, he can’t stop that huge smile that comes over his face just for Brendon. He can’t stop the rush he feels whenever the singer’s thin arms wind around his body and squeeze tight tighter before releasing. The way the sparks rise up from his stomach when Brendon is more reluctant to actually let go. Spencer loves the matching smile Brendon gives when he sees the way Spencer can’t stop beaming and can’t fight off the light flush that rises on his cheeks. Spencer tries to convince himself that Brendon just likes making people happy. He likes feeling accepted and knowing that others appreciate him. But there are times that Spencer feels like some of those smiles might be just for him, and he might be a little more special than everyone else that Brendon forces his cuddles on. Sometimes, Spencer lets himself believe.
