Your account has been reactivated as it was. The game wasn't in the sleeve when it was returned to us, so it is still showing as out in your account. If it turns up, please send it in. Otherwise, you can use the system to report it as lost.

So, at least they reactivated my account, and I reported the game as lost. And now I will cancel my account, because this is bullshit!
