So here's something funny
As some of you know, I used to be heavily into fitness/nutrition/weight lifting, etc. now not so much. I used to moderate a livejournal community, and I wrote up a long list of exercise myths to put on the community info.
Well, apparently, this website stole, word for word, my little write up, including what I chose to make bold, and didn't credit anyone! (one of the paragraphs was written by the other moderator) http://definitionfitness.wordpress.com/exercise-myths/

Oh internet! I don't mind at all, but it's kind of funny. And I guess flattering...they must have thought it was well written.
