Phew! A week of fun and games!
Tried acupuncture on Tuesday, as I have been having some problems with my arms and shoulders since that bloody 20 mile bike ride, and contemporary medicine isn't doing me a lot of favours. It worked well, the rather forceful massage afterwards was very effective as well. Got my next session booked for next week.
Wednesday saw me meeting the England Cricket player Freddie Flintoff. He was filming a piece for Sky's Cricket AM at one of our Squadrons in Stockport. He was playing tabletennis with the UK Champion and i was very impressed that I managed to get an autograph and a photo!!
Ah but I am feeling the strain of having to lose my mobile for a while, whilst it gets repaired! It could even take up to a month...HOW AM I GOING TO COPE??
