the drag bars are now on the bike, not sure how i feel about them. it's definitely a different look. still need some work b/c the throttle isn't snapping back like it should. which means something isn't quite working right. I got covered in graphite b/c i wanted to make sure that the throttle wouldn't stick. funny how things don't necessarily work out the way you want. i would have taken a picture but i had left the camera at work in my laptop bag where it has been since the Texas trip.
bike week is a little over a week away and it can't come soon enough. Richie and Jay are worried about spending too much $$$ and they're right, we are going to spend a shitload of money. but that is what happens when you go on trips across the country to ride your motorcycle for a week. I've wanted to get back to Daytona since i wound up there by a stroke of pure luck a few years ago.
