FML guys, FML. Marat was up 5-2 on the third set and he STILL LOST. Then on tiebreak he was down 2-5 and managed to tie at 6-6 BUT LOST ANYWAY ( Read more... )

IKR! WE HAVE BEEN DENIED THE PRETTY!!!! I want to do my own racquet smash but unlike Marat I only have two and I can't afford to buy new ones!

OMG that entire Moscow set is absolutely delicious, I am kicking myself right now for not saving all the pics!

We shall need to talk Marat. Seriously. I hope there are videos of his racket smash cause I couldn't follow the match, only the live scores, and I WANT TO SEE MARAT SMASH HIS RACKETS. Apparently the second was immense?

*nods* We definitely need to shag talk to Marat. This behaviour needs to stop pronto. I'm pretty sure there'll be videos of his racquet smash from this match but if not there are plenty of his other ones on YT that makes for good viewing!

Maybe this is why Marat didn't advance to the next round, the combined hotness can burn a hole in our ozone layer!

I watched the last game of the set before the tie-break and just WOW. He may have lost but at least he fought back, any other time he would he have just been so deflated he wouldn't have tried. And the second racquet smash was the most impressive racquet smash I have ever seen.

I know he fought back, but he did this before with Monfils and I just can't forgive this kind of behaviour from him anymore knowing that he can do SO MUCH MORE.

That smash was pretty awesome though I have to admit, though I've seen a picture of a smash (some guy first round in Monte Carlo) that was even more impressive!

I missed the first set or so because there weren't any streams (did the world really need 10 streams of Del Potro's match? I say no) but from what I saw I was so devastated because I knew he could go all the way but he couldn't capitalize on his lead. Oh Marat, you break my heart anew every day but I love you too much to care anymore :(
