Oh my Time Lord did I miss this ♥
I haven't written a reaction post in ages <3
First off, am I the only one that enjoyed this episode loads? Sure it could've been better, but it could've been a hell of a lot worse. I can't even get myself to re-watch the Christmas special even if it did have David Morrissey as guest star! Anyway, I typed this up as I was watching the episode and I haven't re-watched it yet so perhaps I'll have more to say in the days to come, but for now this is what I got.
- LOL lucky Chinese kitty!
- Trust the doctor to sit beside the pretty girl
- Brainy specs! I MISSED YOUUUUUUU
- I miss the blue suit :(
- UNIT!!!! Awww Martha! I know, she's not coming but still.
- If Christina/Cristina/NIMUE ends up as the next Companion, fine by me!
- It's like Jeepers Creepers and Midnight all rolled into one
- Doctor, I love you :)
- The Red Berets are back!!
"You're the man with all the answers, I'm not letting you out of my sight." Yeah, that's the reason, sure *rolls eyes*
- Oooh, the Doctor's patented sideways glance, circa Smith and Jones <3
- CALL MARTHA DUDE. What's with going through all the proper UNIT channels?
- LOLOLOL DOCTOR FANBOY!!!

"And you're mine too sir! You're you're -- he's gone." HAHAHAHA OMG

- Lara Croft is that you?
- "Spaceman." Awwww Donna *sniffles*
- I am loving the comedy in this episode so much, Barkley FTW!!
- Hmmm. I don't like this kind of UNIT.
- Malcolm for S5 Companion, Y/Y?!?
- OF COURSE THE DOCTOR GETS A KISS.
- The soundtrack is so very Indiana Jones

- The Doctor said no to a pretty girl?!?!? GASPSHOCK
- "I lose everyone" *huggles the Doctor* Not gonna lie I got wibbly at this part.
- "Your song is ending. It is returning through the dark." NOOOOOOOOOOO
- "He will knock four times." What what what. Da-da-da-dum. Da-da-da-dum...?
- Why's everyone just staring at a flying double decker bus? When'd I start watching HP?
Ultimately, I enjoyed myself a lot but this could've easily been an episode at any other time. It shouldn't have been one of the last of Ten's episodes! What I liked the most with this one though, Ten wasn't so emo which is ZOMG IMPROVEMENT. He does his usual faraway emo stares but I can handle those. Not sure why he let Christina go in the end, it serves no purpose and she was a thief, and he gave her grief for that. Oh well, what's most intriguing is the whole scene with the psychic lady. I have one guess as to who she was referring to, and I like the sound of it!
Sorry if it's a bit long, I got too excited with the return of DW that I couldn't stop rambling, haha. But ugh, now we're back to waiting!
