Happy New Year!!!
I just took most of my social media accounts off both of my phone and tablet. The accounts still exist, it was just time to break free from them. I was inspired by a coworker who was removing Facebook. And I figured that’s just a tiny piece of my social media addiction. Yeah, I can call it that for sure. So, here’s to being mentally and physically healthy and happy in 2019!
