Summary: Wooyoung feels hatred towards a certain idol and cringes whenever he sees his face. Fate delivers an unlikely chance where Wooyoung not only has to see the idol every day, but be the idol.

A cringe was on Wooyoung's face as he glanced at the poster glued to the bus shelter, the face on it smiling before he noticed it pass again on a bus. His eyes rolled as the face was everywhere, pinned to everything that could be advertised on. It was always the same; bright wide smile with crescent eyes or thick lips pursed in a “cute” manner. It disgusted Wooyoung to no end to see that face or hear the voice that came from those plump lips. He hated the name; Lee Junho.

Glam with fame at the age of twenty-four, actor and singer Lee Junho was widely known across South Korea. His roles took on that of a comedic performance or a serious role such as a military man. When it came to singing, Junho was a role model for young girls and boys and a sexy heart throb to the older crowd. He modeled to advertise just about anything that offered.

Wooyoung just figured it was to get his name out there and it works; undoubtedly. He shook his head as he stepped onto his bus, that face plastered on the side as it promoted herbal tea which he doubted the idol even had a sip of. Settling into his seat, he looked at his phone as he was running just on time for his new job. Things had been hard as he was suddenly stuck with having no money, moving and finding a job all at once. It was an endless cycle for the twenty-five year old as moving needed money and a job needed him to move. One way or another, Wooyoung would be able to get back onto his feet.

It was a simple office job where he sat at a desk and organized files, sometimes it would require him to use a computer or answer a phone if he really needed to. Nothing big but it was something to get him started. It gave him a chance to dress smarter, have more pride in himself and make a schedule. He was getting older and it was time to become more mature. No woman would even notice him living at home with no job or even looking presentable. It wasn't really on his mind but his sister constantly nagged at him because of it.

“Yoona,” he whispered softly as thoughts of her came into his mind. His actions slowed down as his palm was pressed to the top of the stapler, about to push down with force to enclose a stack of papers together. His sister had died at the age of twenty-six due to a car accident. Anger as well as hatred caused him to clench his teeth as he thought about her accident. It was a grudge he'd probably never lift.

Wooyoung knew that things would be hard for the first few months. Since his sister's passing, he wasn't able to afford the house they were living in so he was forced to move. He had enough money to help her but with her sudden death, all his money had disappeared in funeral costs even putting him a bit in debt because he was going to give his sister a proper burial. Being penniless didn't bother Wooyoung nor did it that he was owing. He knew he'd be able to pay it back and things would settle, the air would clear eventually.

Barely a week into his job, Wooyoung was approached one night while walking home, almost snatched up and driven to a hotel where he was lead into a room without a word spoken by his captors. He sat in a chair that was opposite of a long couch, waiting before someone finally sat down in front of him.

“I'm sorry for that just now, we don't normally kidnap anyone but this needs to be as discreet as possible,” the male dressed in a suit and glasses said, looking oddly familiar.

“What needs to be discreet?” Wooyoung asked as he glanced around the room, not remembering that he had made a deal with the wrong sort of people. He felt as if he had just now but he couldn't think of a time he made a contract in an alleyway or shady business.

His eyes had widened when the male came over and began to examine him, lifting his chin then turning his head to look at both sides. Wooyoung had started to feel violated as the man touched and stared at him before he finally spoke up.

“What are you doing? Stop touching me.”

“You'll do just fine.” The male snapped his fingers and Wooyoung felt his heart almost stop as another male walked in, seemingly curious. He know understood why it had to be discreet but what exactly was it that they wanted of Wooyoung? Were they going to compensate him?

“He doesn't really look like me.”

“He does from certain angles. Like see, if you covered his mouth and his hair, his eyes almost look like yours.”

“Tell me what this is about,” Wooyoung almost growled as he started at the male who had just walked in.

“I'm sure you know who this is,” the male with glasses pointed and Wooyoung nodded, “Well I'd like to offer you a job... As his double.”

Wooyoung's eyes almost popped out of his head as he started at the man, “What?”

“I hope we can trust you on discretion here. This is a very serious and important matter that doesn't leave this room. We need someone like you to help us.”

“Why should I help you?” The man looked at him, puzzled. “Why does he need a double anyways?”

Just as the glasses-wearing man was about to speak, the other sat down, “Because there are things I want to do without the paparazzi following me around. You can't understand what it's like to not even be able to go to the store or a club without someone knowing you and getting reported on.”

Wooyoung wanted to utter numerous things like, if that was the case, why did you become an idol, or , so what, deal. The words kept silent in his mind though as he stared at the two males. “What do I have to do? I can't sing.”

The older man shook his head, “Don't worry, you won't have to be doing any of that. More like getting off a plane and walking through the airport to get back home or occupying the hotel rooms. Nothing where you can be caught. You'll keep your face covered when you're outside, we can think of excuses as to why. Can you do this for us? We will pay you.”

A cheque with a lump sum was slid across the table and Wooyoung's eyes tried not to bulge at all the numbers. It would surely pay off his debt in no time. “And this is monthly?”

“Weekly, depending on how well you do.”

Wooyoung looked at the small book in his hand as he sat in his living room. Notes were written down for him to study and learn by the end of the following week. The job he had just started he would now have to quit, knowing it would leave a bad taste. He'd have to disappear off the radar for a few months but no one would really notice he was gone.

After quitting his job and packing up his things, he stood before the two men again ready to commit to him new occupation. He sat there as they discussed ways to use make-up to completely disguise Wooyoung so no one would recognize him as being a fake. While sitting there quietly, the make-up artist got to work on his face, covering up his mouth with a medical mask then apply bits of blush and skin tone around his eyes. Once they were finished, they took a step back and gave a thumbs up.

Wooyoung looked in the mirror, staring at himself as even he noticed that he did in fact look similar to the other male. They made him aware to not rub or touch his face before they left the room to prepare for their schedule as he stared at his reflection, letting out a heavy sigh, “From today on, you are Lee Junho.”
