That's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw your comment about police. Also, it was Eliot's original name for his "Wasteland" poem...on which I need to write a paper before Tuesday...

I know this is a complete non-sequitor but that's just the way it is.

I have moderately insightful things to say about lady-types but that'll have to wait...anon.
