Oscar night
So tonight is the big night for the movie industry, the night for the 83rd Academy Awards. I usually start watching from the very beginning, especially the red carpet segment. Just love to see those beautiful dresses worn by the guests, haha XD My taste is very different from the critics. Those they said are the best dressed ones may not be the ones I like. In any case, too bad those dresses will never look good on me even if I can afford them :(
I didn't watch many movies last year, just a handful. The ones I like are Inception, Toy Story 3, How to Train Your Dragon and The Social Network. Harry Potter is ok, but Daniel is too grown up now. I still preferred the first two movies when he was really cute, haha.
Inception is an interesting movie. I had to watch it 3 times before I got the whole picture. I usually didn't think about movies much, just watch and forget about it. But somehow Inception drew me to think about the whole dreaming idea. It might not be the "Best Picture" of the year, but it sure was the one who has drawn the most attention from me.
We'll see how it does in a few hours :)
