Ding Dong's LU Adventure!!!!!!!
I'm getting to know the LU campus very well. Mainly because every time you want something done you have to go to an office that sends you to another office, which sends you to another office and on and on.....
So today I go to the Registrar's office to register for chemistry because Webadvisor doesn't work worth a shit! And they say I have to get a form signed by my chair...which is in the Centennial building....now i dont really know what the name of the building with the Registrar is but what i do know is that i never went outside to get to the Centennial. Just because you dont make square buildings like everyone else doesnt mean that you can call 1 building 2.
So I get to the Centennial building only to find that the Electrical chair is the only 1 thats not in that building....He's in the ATAC!!!!! :S
I walk into the ATAC and WOW! I felt like I had stepped into DR. Evil's lair! Part of me was waiting to see Marvin Martian walk by. The place is needlessly futuristic.
Anyway I go to my chair's office and theres a note telling me to go to another office next door to book an appointment (yes more offices). So i go to the appointment office and tell the lady their that i needed my chair to sign this paper...She said she would get him and i expressed that it needed to be done cause today was the last day. She told me that it didn't matter as long as he signed it.
As we were talking i could hear my chair talking on the phone in the next room. "What a powerful mystery man" i thought. "Kind of reminded me of God....or.....Dr. Claw".
Thank God, no more offices!!! My paper work was complete for the day. While i was there i figured i would take a look around. I wondered by the "Telecommunications Lab" and to my surprise i see a girl working in there...A CUTE GIRL!!!!!! I had to cover my mouth to stop myself from screaming "YAHOO!! NO MORE SAUSAGE FEST!!!!". That and to stop my inner nerd from jumping outta my body and ravaging the poor girl.
